Innate Health Solutions promote healthy eating as part of their holistic approach to health & fitness.
Let’s get straight to the point, without a shadow of a doubt, the greatest influence on our health is the food we consume & the beverages we ingest. It is by far the most critical factor toward experiencing optimal health, although definitely not the only one.
Did you know that nearly all chronic diseases like heart disease, cancer, arthritis, diabetes & many others have a strong nutritional component! This is accepted widely across the globe, unfortunately it has only recently been acknowledged by modern medicine. The link has been understood & written about by natural therapists for hundreds of years, it’s just a shame the medical industry has been so slow on the uptake!
The general consensus regarding healthy eating today is NOT leading to health improvements. The opposite is true: this diet style is slowly killing us!
One thing that amazes me still to this day is that the average Australian or Western diet derives of
- 50% of its calories from refined & processed carbohydrates (white sugar & white flour products)
- 43% from animal sources & refined oils ( meat, chicken, fish, dairy & oils)
- Only 7% from fresh vegetables & fruits.
This Standard Aussie Diet (SAD) is a serious health hazard and really needs to be looked at and people educated more about the potential harm they are unknowingly doing to themselves.
This is not including the alcohol, caffeine, tobacco & prescribed & over-the-counter (OTC) drugs which are often deemed harmless, &, in the case of alcohol & caffeine, beneficial.
People love to hear good news about their bad habits!
This is tragically referred to as ‘suicide by knife, fork, cup & glass!’
However, there is a better way, and Guy Jefferson & the team at Innate Health Solutions will help you get the education you need to a better way of life.
